  • Inventory, gap analysis and creation of a comprehensive project plan

  • Ensuring that the sub-projects within the project are aligned with the strategic corporate objectives

  • Resource planning at project level (budget, personnel, materials)

Organization and management

  • Building and maintaining a high-performance project team

  • Management and coordination of several interconnected sub-projects

  • Leading the sub-project managers and supporting them in solving problems

  • Ensuring consistency and coherence between subprojects

Communication and stakeholder management

  • Regular reporting on project status and progress

  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

  • Managing stakeholder expectations and requirements

Monitoring and control

  • Monitoring the progress of all subprojects

  • Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards

  • Identification and management of dependencies and synergies between subprojects

  • Conducting risk analyses and implementing mitigating measures

 

Budget and resource management

  • Managing the overall project budget

  • Optimization of resource utilization across all subprojects

  • Ensuring financial control and reporting

Program completion

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all sub-projects within the project

  • Conducting a comprehensive project completion analysis (lessons learned)

  • Documentation of project results and best practices

  • Dissolution of the project team and transfer of the remaining tasks to the line
